DELIVERY
STSTEM:
Immuno Reference Lab courier service is available
in your area and shipping is handled through on of our shipping partners. Our uniformed couriers are prompt and courteous,
and logistics are established to optimize specimen integrity from pickup to laboratory delivery.
SUPPLIES:
Most
supplies for samples referral are provided free of charge by Immuno Reference Lab. Just order listed supplies through
our Customer Service Center.
QUALITY CONTROL:
Rigorous inspections by the Puerto Rico Health Department are performed annually to our
facilities.
Puerto Rico regulations do not recognize such thing as a waived test, so no personnel other than a
Medical Technologist performs every test. Even a simple dipstick test is performed with a well documented QC.
Our Medical Technologist take 36 continued education credits each 3 years and are submitted to peer studies frequently.
Their knowledge and experience surpass any standard.
QC is resumed in our
phrase "Treat each sample as if it was your own or from a loved one".
CONTINGENCY
PLAN:
Immuno Reference Lab maintains a corporate Contingency Plan for Crisis Recovery and Business Continuation.
The purpose of this plan is to ensure prompt recovery of Immuno Reference Lab critical business functions in the event of
a crisis affecting any aspect of our continued patient care service. In the event of a local, regional, or national
crisis which adversely affects timely delivery of specimens to the facilities, Immuno Reference Lab will expeditiously initiate
specific Client Notification Procedures to provide clients with necessary information and instructions on prearranged
transportation and testing alternatives.
